Operating temperatures must remain between -20°C and 35°C (-4°F to 95°F).
Avoid looking directly at the lights when they are on.
Avoid touching the LED diodes when adjusting the light.
The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable; when the light source reaches its end of life the whole luminaire shall be replaced.
A mechanical ventilation or cooling system is required to maintain the temperature within the growing space below 95°F (35°C) when this product is in operation.
Cords are used within their rated ampacity as determined for the maximum temperature of the installed environment specified in the instructions.
The external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire cannot be replaced; if the cord is damaged, the luminaire shall be destroyed.

Warranty Information

VIVOSUN provides a 5-year warranty against defects on all LumaLight purchased directly from us or through our authorized dealers. This policy serves as our commitment to promptly address any manufacturing defects or premature breakage that may occur during normal use of our products.

Our warranty covers the replacement or refund of purchases that exhibit material defects within five years of the original purchase date. In such events, customers may contact us to initiate the claim process. We will need proof of purchase to verify coverage eligibility.

This policy does not extend to products that have been misused, abused, or purposefully damaged. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic defects such as minor scratches.

Customers can rest assured knowing that our products undergo rigorous quality testing procedures. This 5-year warranty reflects our confidence in the durability of our products under normal use.

If any product defects are found, customers are encouraged to contact us immediately. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
