Thank you for shopping at VIVOSUN. We want you to feel like every item you get from us is the perfect match for your grow space. If you do not feel that way, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll help find a solution.

RETURN POLICY:

All returns of VIVOSUN products must be approved in advance by VIVOSUN's customer support team at official@vivosun.com.

Return services may be delayed as a result of COVID-19 safety measures.

Free returns are available within 7 days of delivery. You won't be assessed any return fees in this situation.

Furthermore, within 30 days of delivery, you can return the majority of things for a full refund. However, the item must be in its original state and packaging in order for it to be accepted, and return shipping expenses must be covered by you. For returns, there is no restocking fee assessed by us.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund outbound shipping charges including:

  1. The standard shipping fee for orders under $59 in the United States and CA$86 in Canada.
  2. Upgraded shipping charges (for expedited, express, etc. shipping).
  3. However, if your item arrives to you damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In those cases, we'll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution. (Check our Damaged or Defective Items Page).

Before installing or assembling any products, please double-check the following when it arrives:

  1. Scan the box for damage.
  2. Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.
  3. Remove the packaging and inspect the appliance.

Rejecting Damaged Items:

If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don't accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative(s) and contact us so we can arrange for a replacement. Once you have installed the appliance, it cannot be returned.

REFUND OPTIONS:

What are my refund options?

All refunds will be credited in your original form of payment, whether that is your Paypal account or your bank account. Refunds are for the complete price of the unit, minus return shipping costs (if applicable), as per our "Return Policy".

Do we offer price match?

We do not offer price match, especially during major holiday sales events, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Mid-annual Sale, and etc.

We also do not offer price match against Amazon or any other platforms.

When will I receive my refund?

For credit card refunds, we'll begin issuing your refund once we've received notification that you have returned your item(s). Most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
