Yes, it can. Start with half the recommended concentration and adjust as needed.

Can this Nutrients Base A & B Bundle be used for indoor, tropical, or succulent plants?

No. Base A contains Calcium Nitrate, Potassium Nitrate, Magnesium Nitrate; Base B contains Monopotassium Phosphate, Magnesium Nitrate, Sodium Molybdate.

Does the Nutrients Base A & B Bundle contain EDTA?

If your medium contains no fertilizer, use nutrients with every watering. If base nutrients are already present, use once or twice weekly. Avoid overfeeding.

How often should I apply the Nutrients Base A & B Bundle? With every watering?

Do not only top off with water. Over time, nutrient ratios become unbalanced and may promote bacterial growth. We recommend changing the full solution weekly.

Do I need to change the Nutrients Base A & B Bundle solution weekly, or can I just top it off with water?

Yes, but store the solution in a cool, dark place and use it within 7 days.

Can I pre-mix Base A and B in a jug and use it over time?

Base A & B nutrients are not designed to adjust pH directly. If your water has good quality (e.g., pH around 7.0), you may not need to adjust pH after adding the nutrients. However, if your water is of poor quality or tends to be alkaline, we recommend checking the pH after mixing. If needed, use pH Up & Down solutions—we offer a kit for this purpose.

Can I use Base A & B nutrients to adjust the pH of my solution?

Yes, they can be used together. Add them to water one at a time, stirring after each addition. Do not mix the concentrates directly. There’s no required mixing order.

Can Bloom Juice, NutriBoost, and Cal+Mag+Iron be mixed with Nutrients Base A & B Bundle?

Start with half the recommended soil-based dose, then gradually increase based on plant response.

Are the Nutrients Base A & B Bundle suitable for aeroponic systems?

There is no strict expiration date for the nutrients. If stored properly and free of sediment, they can be used long-term. For best results, use within one year after opening. The numbers printed on the bottom of the bottle are production batch codes, not expiration dates.
