1.1 Shipping Regions & Carriers

We offer professional shipping services across our major service regions. To maintain efficiency and speed, Vivosun partners with leading global and local couriers (including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, DHL, DPD, and national postal services).

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your order based on product dimensions and destination to ensure the best delivery experience.

1.3 Shipping Availability & Restrictions

  • United States: Shipping is available to the 48 Contiguous United States only. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other U.S. territories.
  • Remote Regions: In Canada, Australia, the UK, and the EU, certain extremely remote regions or offshore islands may have restricted service or be subject to additional shipping surcharges.
  • No P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • Customs/Duties: For international shipments, any applicable customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

1.4 Processing & Tracking

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1 business day.
  • Delivery Time: Typically 5-10 business days for standard shipping.
  • Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your package has shipped. You can also track your order through your Vivosun Account Dashboard.

2. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package:

  1. Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation.
  2. Check with neighbors or around your building (backdoors, porches).
  3. Wait 48 Hours: Carriers occasionally scan packages early; they often arrive 1-2 days later.
  4. Contact Carrier: Use your tracking number to file a claim directly with the carrier.
  5. Contact Us: If the issue remains unresolved after these steps, contact our team for assistance.
