Ensure both your phone and the device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
For local storage, ensure you insert the microSD card before powering on the device to avoid potential damage.
If the device doesn’t enter pairing mode, press and hold the reset button until you hear, "Restoring factory settings, please do not power off." The camera will automatically enter pairing mode once the reset is complete.
Download the Vivosun app. Search ‘Vivosun” in the App Store or in the Google Play Store to download the Vivosun app.
Connect the camera to a power outlet and wait for 5 seconds. You will hear the message, "Waiting to connect, please configure the network according to the instructions." and the status light will flash blue rapidly. This indicates that the camera is in pairing mode and ready to connect.
Tap "+" or to add a device
and select "GrowCam C4". Follow the instructions in the Vivosun App to finish setting up the device.

When the GrowCam C4 is disconnected from the network, the LED indicator will continuously flash blue until the connection is restored.

Vivosun provides a one-year warranty against defects on GrowCam C4 purchased directly from us or through our authorized dealers. This policy serves as our commitment to promptly address any manufacturing defects or premature breakages that may occur during normal use of our products.
Our warranty covers the replacement or refund of purchases that exhibit material defects within one year of the original purchase date. In such events, customers may contact us to initiate the claim process. Proof of purchase is required to verify coverage eligibility.
This policy does not extend to products that have been misused, abused, or purposefully damaged. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic defects such as minor scratches.
