Herbal Decarboxylation and Infusion Machine Manual

Warnings

For your safety and continued enjoyment of this product, please read the instruction booklet carefully before use.

  • Do not open the machine while it is operating for two reasons. First, the interior becomes hot and may cause burns. Second, opening the lid or moving internal components will disrupt the heating cycle and controlled environment required for precise decarboxylation.

  • Do not be concerned if you do not notice any odor or if the machine feels warm or cool to the touch. These are normal aspects of operation and part of what makes the machine effective.

  • Do not decarboxylate liquids or solvents. Instead, decarboxylate your botanical or concentrate first, then extract it into your desired solvent.

  • This machine is not a medical device. No statements regarding this product have been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • We offer both 110V and 220V models. All models are 100 watts. Please ensure you are using the correct voltage for your location.

  • Take care when moving the appliance if it contains hot materials.

  • To reduce the risk of electrical shock, do not immerse the cord, plug, base, or any part of the machine in water.

  • Always unplug the power cord from the outlet when the device is not in use. Do not operate the machine near unsupervised children.

  • Always operate the machine with the lid on. Do not use the machine for anything other than its intended purpose.

Operation

This product has a three-layer structure. The outermost layer is the outer shell and heating layer, which needs to be fixed on a table and should not be washed with water. The middle layer is an aluminum decarboxylation layer with high heating efficiency, used for decarboxylation of herbs. This layer is connected to the handle and can be removed for separate washing. The innermost layer is a green silicone layer made of food-grade material, used for herbal extraction.

Decarboxylation

  • Place the machine on a flat surface, ensuring the suction cups at the bottom firmly adhere to the surface.

  • Rotate to open the top cover, then place the herbs to be decarboxylated into the aluminum decarboxylation layer. The machine can hold up to 1 ounce of botanicals, depending on density, or 3–5 ounces of concentrated botanicals.

  • Close the lid and rotate it to the locked position to ensure a proper seal. Connect the power supply and start the machine.

  • Touch the “ e12f9b19bb47c7b4cbe218219251e01e ” button. The display will show “ 30bd47a84f211a8e38b145b1efce6a74 ”. In this state, touch “ ad4fbb6cc30e4954ac4dc40808bb7a53 ” or “ d794a60558486fbc4d3394bbef46e270 ” to select the desired time and temperature.

  • Touch the “ ad4fbb6cc30e4954ac4dc40808bb7a53 ” button. The LED screen will blink, displaying the default time setting “ 2459635f00cb0f090bd1fc3417acf862 ”. In this state, use the “ 374680ea3b1821f1aa650764dfd5b21f ” or “ 20b9ad04f451d4e87186495f0a18e068 ” buttons to adjust the desired time.
[30 minutes to 4 hours available, with 5-minute increments. Long press for rapid adjustment.]

  • Touch the “ d794a60558486fbc4d3394bbef46e270 ” temperature button. The LED screen will blink, displaying the default temperature setting “250 °F (121 °C)”. In this state, use the “ 374680ea3b1821f1aa650764dfd5b21f ” or “ 20b9ad04f451d4e87186495f0a18e068 ” buttons to adjust the desired temperature.
    [32 °F (0 °C) to 250 °F (121 °C) available, with 1 °F (1 °C) increments. Long press for rapid adjustment.]

Tip: During operation, press and hold the “ d794a60558486fbc4d3394bbef46e270 ” button for 3 seconds to switch between °C and °F.

  • After setting the time and temperature, the unit will enter the decarboxylation state after 3 seconds. In this state, the screen alternates between displaying the current temperature and the remaining countdown time.

  • At the end of the countdown, the unit enters a 15-minute cooling state with a “beep” sound. During this stage, the machine stops heating, and the screen displays “====” moving up and down in a loop.

  • When decarboxylation is complete, the display shows “End.” After 1 minute, the unit enters the shutdown state.

Infusion

  • Pour the decarboxylated herbs onto a plate. Place the green silicone layer into the decarboxylation layer, then add butter or oil (maximum 1 cup). Add an appropriate amount of decarboxylated herbs; the recommended ratio is 14–28 g per cup.

  • Cover with the green silicone lid to retain heat and reduce odors. Then place the top lid on the machine and rotate to lock it.

Operation

  • After powering on, follow the previous steps to set the temperature and time for infusion. [Recommended setting: 160 °F (71 °C) for 2 hours.]

  • At the end of the countdown, the machine will enter a 15-minute cooling state. When the screen displays “End,” pour out the infusion and strain the herbs using cheesecloth, a filter, or your preferred method.

Cleaning

Apart from the base, the handle, aluminum decarboxylation layer, and green silicone layer are all washable and made from dishwasher-safe materials.

Recipes

Butter

Cooking Time: 2 hrs

Temperature: 160 °F

584b2be93f21acc826e6b865af9e9cde

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened). For best results, use clarified butter or ghee.

  • 14–28 g decarboxylated botanicals per cup of butter.

  • 1 tbsp sunflower lecithin per cup of butter.

Directions

  • Place all ingredients into the machine and secure the lid.

  • Adjust the time and temperature from the default settings as needed.

  • Once the program is complete, we recommend using silicone gloves for handling. If unavailable, allow the unit to cool before handling safely.

  • Set up a cheesecloth draped over a metal sieve and place it on top of a compatible container, preferably glass.

  • Slowly pour the infused liquid through the cheesecloth, allowing it to drain fully and cool to the touch. A silicone spatula can be used to press excess infusion out of the plant material. After initial draining, use silicone gloves to gather the cheesecloth and twist and squeeze it to extract any remaining liquid into the container. Once squeezed, open the cheesecloth, stir the plant material, and repeat the twisting and squeezing process to maximize extraction.

    Note
Do not use margarine. For best results, do not pre-grind botanicals. Adjust the botanical weight according to personal preference.
