We have taken steps to ensure the health and safety of our employees by strictly implementing a cleaning policy by providing all kinds of disinfecting supplies and working with flexible time schedules and working locations.

 

However, VIVOSUNers know how important our products are to our customers. Our return-to-work rate was up to 90% by the middle of February and had reached 100% by the beginning of March. We are proud of all VIVOSUNers.

 

Besides taking responsibility for the health or our employees, VIVOSUN is also supporting our community and our customers by providing over 200,000 facial masks to our communities across the country and all over the world.

What is your Shipping Lead Time?

Our warehouse usually ships orders within 1-2 business days and shipping time is usually 2-10 days, depending on the shipping method you choose. Some delays will occur due to COVID-19. If you did not receive your tracking number or your package has been delayed for over 3 business days, please feel free to reach us at official@vivosun.com for more information.

 

Is my package safe from COVID-19?

Yes, according to the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, The virus cannot stay on a smooth surface for more than 3 days. However, for safety purposes, we recommend that you sanitize the shipping box before you open it. Your safety is our primary concern.
